Job description

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service.

A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Member Phase:

  • A strong technician in operations
  • Deliver remarkable service to guests with care and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate commitment to learning and development.

Supervisor/Team Leader Phase:

  • Oversee daily shift operations
  • Coach and develop team members to drive performance and morale.
  • Begin overseeing specific areas of operations (i.e. cleaning, food safety, technology, satisfaction scores, etc.).
  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Director Phase:

  • Lead larger operational segments of the business with excellence.
  • Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, sales, and team engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership and other Directors to drive organizational goals.
  • Continue to refine leadership skills through advanced development opportunities.
