The Accelerated Management Program (AMP) is a two-year rotational program designed to develop the next generation of leaders at J. Lorber Co. Participants rotate through key areas of the business—including operations, sales, supply chain, distribution, and branch management—to build a comprehensive foundation in both customer-facing and operational roles. Upon successful completion, participants are placed into a management role within the organization.
