Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and scaling of critical capabilities that power the global eCommerce fulfillment experience across Walmart and Sam’s Club in the U.S. and international markets. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of customer experience, fulfillment, and omnichannel innovation, driving solutions that redefine not only what customers buy, but how, when, and where they choose to shop with us.
As a key product leader, you will shape product vision and strategy, identify high-impact opportunities, and deliver scalable solutions that enhance the end-to-end customer journey. Beyond traditional product management, we are looking for an adaptive AI-builder mindset—someone who embraces emerging technologies, leverages data and automation to accelerate outcomes, and continuously reimagines how products are conceived, built, and optimized. You will help evolve our teams beyond the standard product development lifecycle by championing rapid experimentation, AI-driven decision-making, continuous learning, and iterative value delivery at scale.
You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, analytics, business stakeholders, and senior executives across multiple markets to execute a bold product vision and roadmap. Success in this role requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer obsession, technical curiosity, and the ability to influence across complex organizations while driving measurable business and customer impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You'll Do
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for a critical product area, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business objectives, and operational priorities.
  • Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle—from discovery and validation through delivery, launch, and optimization—while balancing customer experience, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Operations teams to define requirements, prioritize investments, manage dependencies, and deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
  • Leverage customer insights, analytics, and experimentation to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product performance and user outcomes.
  • Champion an adaptive, AI-enabled product mindset by exploring opportunities to incorporate artificial intelligence, machine learning, automation, and predictive capabilities into customer and operational experiences.
  • Move beyond traditional product development approaches by embracing rapid experimentation, iterative delivery, and data-informed decision-making to accelerate learning and value creation.
  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and business partners to align on priorities, communicate product vision, and drive execution in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Define success metrics, monitor product health, and use quantitative and qualitative insights to guide prioritization and strategic decisions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, navigate technical tradeoffs, and proactively resolve challenges that may impact delivery, scalability, or customer experience.
  • Mentor and support fellow product managers by sharing best practices in product discovery, prioritization, stakeholder management, and launch readiness.
What You'll Bring
  • Significant experience building and scaling customer-facing digital products, with demonstrated success owning strategy and execution for complex product initiatives.
  • Strong product sense and ability to translate customer problems, business goals, and operational needs into actionable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders, driving alignment and outcomes without direct authority.
  • Expertise in data-driven product management, including analytics, experimentation, KPI development, and hypothesis-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams and navigating technical concepts, tradeoffs, and dependencies in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging technologies, and a curiosity for applying these capabilities to solve customer and business problems.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive alignment across diverse audiences.
  • A builder's mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous learning, and reimagining how products are developed and delivered in an increasingly AI-driven world.
