Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrician Foreman to join our team!
As an Electrician Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Foreman role, preferably 5 years. Must have knowledge of running work in residential, commercial, and solar installation.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
  • Install new electrical systems and repair existing systems
  • Provide bids for work orders
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and other professionals
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with local and national electrical codes
  • Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets safety and quality standards
  • Collaborate with construction teams to provide accurate electrical construction estimates and schedules
  • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
  • Install and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, and other electrical devices
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment
  • Participate in field work activities, including utilizing tools when necessary
Qualifications:
  • Journeyman Electrician License
  • Previous experience as an Electrician is preferred
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
  • Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurements
  • Professional appearance and courteous personality
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and most electrical systems, components, and equipment
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Attention to detail and ability to perform quality control inspections
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
