- Lead assigned Youth Academy programs in coordination with the YA Director.
- Conduct age-appropriate training sessions and coach games as assigned (u8-u10).

- Execute club operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the club positively.

- Promote & embody the CISC Youth Academy philosophy: Individual Player Development in Soccer, Personal, & Athletic growth.
- Foster an environment where players are engaged, having fun, and forming meaningful relationships.
- Complete administrative tasks (e.g., evaluations, reporting) in a timely manner.
- Participate in the Player Placement Process (PPP) to support player evaluation and team assignments.
- Support a consistent club culture across all Youth Academy locations.
- Handle other responsibilities as assigned by the Youth Academy Location Director, Youth Academy Director
