Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Endocrinologist to join our fellowship leadership team as Associate Program Director. This role supports the Program Director in the administration and development of the fellowship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.

  • Provide mentorship and supervision to fellows.

  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of new fellows.

  • Contribute to scholarly activities and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Board-certified in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.

  • Prior teaching or leadership experience in a GME setting preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Commitment to academic excellence and diversity in medical education.
