Registrar Assistant
Graceland University is seeking a full-time, 12-month Registrar Assistant for the Lamoni, Iowa campus. ย As a member of the Registrar's Office team, the Registrar Assistant provides lifelong services to students in a professional and caring atmosphere that puts the student first while maintaining the academic integrity of the university. ย The Registrar Assistant promotes student confidence and pride in Graceland by maintaining the accuracy of student academic information and permanent records.
The successful applicant will be forward thinking, student-centered, and solution oriented.
Qualifications:ย 
ย  ย Bachelor's degree or experience in higher education academic/registration field.
ย  ย Attention to detail
ย  ย Ability to comprehend and interpret university and registrar policies, procedures, and academic regulations.
ย  ย Ability to handle confidential student data with discretion, knowledge of FERPA
ย  ย Good organizational and time management skills, meet deadlines and work under pressure
ย  ย Strong customer service orientation; interpersonal skills
ย  ย Ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential; ability to supervise
ย  ย Ability to think critically and apply logic to solve problems
ย  ย Excellent oral and written communication skills
