Safety Specialist
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 DOE
Shift: Day Shift

Abundant Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Specialist to join a growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for promoting a safe work environment, ensuring OSHA compliance, leading safety initiatives, and supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct safety inspections, audits, and job hazard analyses
  • Lead new hire orientations and employee safety training
  • Investigate workplace incidents and coordinate corrective actions
  • Maintain safety documentation, training records, and compliance reports
  • Collaborate with operations and HR to support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of safety experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or construction environment
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
  • Experience conducting safety training
  • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • OSHA 30 Certification, First Aid/CPR, and a degree in Occupational Safety are a plus
