OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY

Fox CorporationUnder the FOX banner, we produce and distribute content through some of the worldโ€™s leading and most valued brands, including: FOX News Media, FOX Sports, FOX Entertainment, FOX Television Stations and Tubi Media Group. We empower a diverse range of creators to imagine and develop culturally significant content, while building an organization that thrives on creative ideas, operational expertise and strategic thinking.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a seasoned Director, Linear Product Management to join our Revenue Operations organization. In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our organization and our Engineering teams, serving as the ultimate "voice of the customer" in the design and deployment of next-generation linear advertising systems and solutions.

This role requires a deeply experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of the media buying ecosystem, linear advertising sales, operations, and reporting. You will dive deep into current workflows, pinpoint operational friction, and partner with engineering to architect and deploy automated, scalable solutions. Your responsibility doesn't end at deployment; you will own the entire lifecycle of these toolsโ€”from co-designing training and rollout programs to driving end-user adoption and establishing a feedback loop for continuous, iterative improvement.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES
  • Voice of Revenue Operations: Represent the unique needs, pain points, and workflows of the Revenue Operations team to the Engineering organization by turning those prioritized opportunities into end user facing solutions.

  • Workflow Optimization & Automation: Analyze current operational systems and processes to identify inefficiencies, draft clear problem statements, and ideate on automated product solutions.

  • Feature and Release Testing: In partnership with business leads within Revenue Operations, validate the desirability, usability, feasibility & quality of product releases against stated business goals.

  • System Rollout & Training Partnership: Champion the launch of new tools and features by designing comprehensive rollout programs and partnering closely with the Training team to ensure smooth onboarding and high adoption rates.

  • Adoption & Change Management: Drive the end-to-end adoption strategy within Revenue Operations, gathering post-launch feedback via user forums to feed into a continuous cycle of tool optimization and iteration with our Engineering partners.

  • Efficiency Measurement: In partnership with Engineering, define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and quantify the operational and workflow efficiencies gained through new tool deployments.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across teams and organizations to continuously align business strategy with technical execution and end-user rollout.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
  • Experience in linear advertising operations, with a distinct and heavy focus on ad sales support, client services, master data management, pricing and traffic workflows.

    • Deep, comprehensive knowledge of linear advertising sales end-to-end cross-functional workflows and systems, including OMS and CRM applications

    • Thorough understanding of the agency/advertiser media buying process, from RFPs and proposals to order management and billing reconciliation.

  • Proven capability to map complex operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and quantify time/cost efficiencies gained through automation.

  • Ability to translate abstract, real-world operational issues into problem statements, goals, and user stories for engineering product teams.

  • Proven track record of successfully implementing, rolling out, and driving adoption for enterprise-level ad tech:

    • Strong background in change management, product adoption strategies, and establishing iterative feedback mechanisms.

    • Experience partnering with training or enablement teams to build learning modules, documentation, and release notes for non-technical users.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders across technical and business teams.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a meticulous eye for detail, particularly in workflow mapping and documentation.

  • Exceptional communication and empathy skillsโ€”equally comfortable presenting to leadership, whiteboarding with engineers, and soliciting feedback from end users with varying degrees of industry experience.
