Responsibilities
Member Experience 
  • Welcome members and guests with enthusiasm and professionalism.  
  • Check members in and assist with account questions.  
  • Answer phones, emails, and member inquiries.  
  • Resolve basic member concerns and escalate issues when needed.  
  • Create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.  
Retail & Sales 
  • Educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions.  
  • Process retail purchases accurately.  
  • Maintain merchandising standards.  
  • Restock inventory and communicate low stock.  
Club Operations 
  • Complete assigned cleaning and reset rotations.  
  • Maintain locker rooms, workout areas, and common spaces.  
  • Complete opening, mid-day, or closing checklists.  
  • Follow all operational procedures and safety standards.  
Administrative 
  • Process memberships, freezes, upgrades, and cancellations.  
  • Maintain accurate member records.  
  • Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.  
Qualifications 
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.  
  • Customer service, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred.  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements 
  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
