Home Health Aid - Volusia County - Absolute Health Professionals

At Absolute Health Professionals, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional home care assistance in Florida, and we're seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA/HHA to join our team. As a Home Health Aid with our company, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with senior patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing personalized care and companionship.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Offer companionship, meal preparation, and light housekeeping to promote a comfortable and clean living environment

  • Assist with transportation to appointments and errands

  • Change linens and maintain a clean and organized living space

  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management

  • Work with clients who have Alzheimer's and dementia, utilizing our training and expertise to provide compassionate care

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license

  • CPR/First Aid certification

  • Level 2 Background Screening

  • CEUs for HIV/AIDS and Alzheimer's/Dementia

  • Ability to use a smartphone to clock in and out
