RN Care Manager

Full Time | Hourly

Are you looking for a meaningful challenge? La Clinica is seeking a compassionate and skilled RN to join our STI Walk-In Clinic team. This new role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals seeking sexual and reproductive health services, many of whom experience barriers such as stigma, trauma, or substance use history.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide STI testing, treatment, and education with a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach.
  • Offer HIV case management and coordinate care to support positive health outcomes.
  • Deliver patient education and counseling focused on sexual health, prevention, and harm reduction.
  • Support walk-in clinic triage and perform RN protocol visits for conditions such as UTI, sore throat, and wound care.
  • Collaborate closely with medical assistants (MAs) and interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient, compassionate patient flow.
  • Uphold the values of respect, confidentiality, and equity in every patient encounter.
Qualifications
  • Current Oregon RN license.
  • Experience in sexual and reproductive health, harm reduction, or public/community health strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide nonjudgmental, culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
