• Take ownership of your schedule and contribute to a strong hygiene program
What We’re Looking For
• Active New York State RDH license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• A polished, warm, and professional chairside presence
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Comfort in a relationship-driven, low-volume environment
Compensation & Benefits
• $45–$50 per hour, based on experience
• 10% employer contribution toward retirement (401(k) + cash balance plan after eligibility)

• Performance-based bonuses (biannual)
• Consistent weekday schedule — no evenings or weekends

Salary Range
