Responsabilidades Principales

Gestionar las operaciones diarias de servicios de limpieza en los sitios asignados, asegurando calidad y desempeno consistentes.

Desarrollar planes de proyecto que incluyan niveles de personal, horarios, alcance del trabajo y asignacion de recursos.

Supervisar y apoyar a supervisores de sitio y personal de limpieza, brindando capacitacion, acompanamiento y retroalimentacion.

Realizar inspecciones periodicas y auditorias de calidad, identificando deficiencias e implementando acciones correctivas.

Actuar como el principal punto de contacto con los clientes, atendiendo solicitudes de servicio, inquietudes y evaluaciones de desempeno.

Administrar los presupuestos del proyecto, costos de mano de obra, uso de suministros y gastos de proveedores.

Coordinar la compra y control de inventario de suministros, equipos y materiales de seguridad.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de las normas de OSHA, los procedimientos de seguridad y las politicas de la empresa.

Monitorear indicadores clave de desempeno (KPIs) y preparar reportes operativos y para clientes.

Liderar el proceso de incorporacion y capacitacion del personal nuevo, incluyendo seguridad, uso de equipos y procedimientos de limpieza.
