Description WHO WE ARE

Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. ••••• ’s mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely — deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We’re hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly collaborative Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to help scale and evolve our global ABM program.

This role will be responsible for developing highly personalized programs for strategic accounts, expanding our vertical and international ABM efforts, and introducing new ideas, technologies, vendors, and tactics that help us reach and engage the audiences that matter most.

Our ABM strategy takes a highly personalized approach, with a strong emphasis on 1:1 and high-touch account experiences. The Senior ABM Manager will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Field Marketing and other cross-functional partners to understand priority accounts, identify opportunities for engagement, and build creative programs.

The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, marketer, relationship builder, and operator. You know how to turn account intelligence into creative campaigns, inspire sales teams to participate in programs, and continually push an ABM program forward with new ideas

RESPONSIBILITIES: Build & Execute Strategic ABM Programs
  • Develop and execute highly personalized 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs for our strategic accounts.
  • Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to develop account-specific marketing strategies based on business priorities, account intelligence, buying signals, and relationship gaps.
  • Build verticalized ABM programs that translate industry-specific challenges, use cases, messaging, and content into highly relevant account experiences.
  • Develop ABM strategies that support priority accounts across international markets, adapting programs and tactics to regional needs while maintaining alignment with the broader global strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to expand engagement within accounts by reaching new titles, personas, buying committee members, and business units.
  • Build coordinated, multi-channel account experiences across digital ads, content, email, events, executive engagement, SDR outreach, webinars, content syndication and other marketing channels.
  • Develop programs that support the full account journey, from opening doors within new accounts to accelerating opportunities and expanding engagement across existing relationships.
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to the ABM program, continually identifying new ways to engage strategic accounts.
  • Research, evaluate, and introduce new vendors, technologies, channels, creative concepts, and ABM tactics.
  • Support the ownership and optimization of our ABM technology stack, helping ensure tools are effectively integrated into campaign planning, activation, measurement, and sales enablement.
  • Partner with Sales, SDRs, and Product Marketing to build and refine buying groups for priority accounts, ensuring our ABM programs engage the right mix of decision-makers, influencers, champions, and practitioners.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Digital Marketing, and other stakeholders to improve account targeting, personalization, intent utilization, measurement, and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to create repeatable frameworks and playbooks from successful 1:1 programs that can be scaled across similar accounts, industries, or personas.
  • Stay current on emerging ABM trends and best practices, bringing fresh thinking into the organization.
Measure & Optimize Performance
  • Establish clear goals and success metrics for ABM programs in partnership with Sales and Marketing leadership.
  • Track account engagement, meetings, opportunity creation, pipeline influence, pipeline acceleration, and other key indicators of ABM effectiveness.
  • Analyze performance to understand which messages, channels, tactics, personas, and experiences are driving results.
  • Translate program learnings into recommendations that continuously improve our ABM strategy.
  • Communicate program performance and insights clearly to Sales and Marketing stakeholders.
Requirements REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within enterprise technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or another complex B2B environment.
  • Significant hands-on experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing programs, including 1:1 and 1:few strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering closely with enterprise Sales and SDR teams.
  • Experience developing personalized, multi-channel programs for strategic or named accounts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying committees and experience developing programs targeting multiple personas and seniority levels.
  • Experience with ABM platforms, intent data, account intelligence, personalization technologies, and related marketing tools.
  • Experience supporting global or international marketing programs is strongly preferred.
  • Experience building industry or vertical-specific campaigns is strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and programs simultaneously.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable influencing stakeholders across Sales and Marketing.
  • Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with unconventional ways to engage difficult-to-reach audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to connect marketing activity to account engagement, pipeline, and revenue outcomes.
