Length Of Assignment: Permanent
Facility Type: One of our employed practice locations has an existing physician with whom we would like to add a second physician
Patient Volume: wide open
Call Requirements: one in 6
Location : Florida County Hospital District wholly owned Chipola Surgical & Medical Specialties multi-specialty practice in multiple locations throughout FL
Acceptable Specialty(s): Alleopathic Internal Medicine
Board Certified: Required or Preferred Board Certified
Size of Hospital and size of Dept (ex. 400 bed hospital; 15 bed ICU): 100-bed general medicine hospital
Reason for Coverage Need: Growth
Start Date: 90 days or fewer based on Florida licensure, Florida payer credentialed
