Job description

As the First Impression Specialist, you'll live out our core values in every interaction with both external and internal customers.
The First Impression Specialist I will complete the first month of training with the specified Front Office staff and attend on-the-job training in an established market.
Colorado residents: Typical pay for this role is $18-$20 per hour depending on experience plus commission.
This is an in office position in our Colorado store fronts. Anticipate travel 50% travel to different locations within Northern Colorado; company vehicle provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Solution focused sales
  • Answer billing questions
  • Provide basic mobile phone support
  • Use company provided resources when questions arise or call on your leader
  • Complete outbound calls as assigned
  • Properly document all customer interaction and activity
  • Record all customer interactions and transactions via tracker
  • Understands basic troubleshooting and asks relevant questions needed to open trouble tickets
  • Keep track of office supply inventory and order as needed
  • Complete expense reports on time each month
  • Utilize other Team's chat groups for information for other departments
  • Participate in three local ALLO sponsored events every year
  • Assist Events Team in preparing for local events
  • Be resourceful and have a strong understanding of ALLO's vision
  • Have a clear understanding of how to educate on online billing and other ALLO products
  • Complete data entry tasks as assigned

EDUCATION:

  • High School diploma or equivalent


EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous customer service and sales experience


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and prospective customers as defined by secret shopper and customer feedback
  • Knowledge of the benefits of ALLO products: Internet, TV, and Phone.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raise objects up to 25 lbs.
  • Remain upright on feet for extended periods
  • Remain stationary for extended periods
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • Possess/Maintain a valid Driver's License
  • Travel requirement: 10% within CO
