Job description

Leader Development Program (LDP)

The Leader Development Program (LDP) is a one-year rotational program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future leadership roles within APi Group. This immersive experience provides broad exposure to multiple APi companies and market segments while developing the skills needed to lead successfully in our organization.

This program is open to both external candidates and current APi Group employees who are eager to take the next step in their leadership journey and be part of something larger than themselves.

What You Can Expect
  • 7 rotations over 12 months, each lasting approximately 7 weeks
  • Rotations across 7 different APi companies spanning our three core market segments
  • Handsโ€‘on leadership exposure with meaningful responsibilities
  • Direct interaction with senior leaders at each rotation company
  • Development in critical leadership areas, including:
    • Safetyโ€‘first culture (ability to wear standard PPE required)
    • Strategic decisionโ€‘making
    • Company mission, vision, and values
    • Financial acumen and business fundamentals
    • Keys to operational and organizational success
    • Frequent travel required and ability to drive
