Overview

Dedicated to Excellence, Committed to Service Assistant to the COO for Abeka.

Responsibilities

Assist the COO by providing technical and operational insight across enterprise initiatives. Support cross‑functional execution, monitor project progress, and identify risks and process breakdowns. Translate business and operational objectives into executable plans, ensuring technical feasibility, system integrity, and scalable execution. Observe, analyze, and document operational and execution‑level aspects of projects, including workflows, system interactions, dependencies, constraints, and risks. Provide the COO with technically grounded insight into project status, system health, and operational risks. Ensure documentation and reporting accurately reflect on‑ground conditions without assuming delivery ownership or direct management responsibility.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Operations Management (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in business operations (Required)
  • Minimum 3 years in project coordination (Required)
  • Minimum 5 years in operations management (Preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years in project management (Preferred)
  • Strong collaboration, confidentiality, critical thinking, deadline management, detail orientation, and effective written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and operating office equipment
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, priority, problem‑solving, time management, and verbal communication skills
