  • Provide knowledgeable support and sharing of expertise on CNC cutting systems, robotic welding systems, and plasma/laser integration
  • Act as a mentor to the wider Welding Specialist team; provide onsite product and application training for customers to help upskill their workforce and foster development.
  • Coordinate the installation and servicing of fixed and robotic automation projects, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders.
  • Collect and report on market trends, industry activities, and customer needs to keep Airgas as a trusted reference and leader in the industry.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Welding Engineering Degree is a valuable asset. However, we also value diverse technical backgrounds and encourage you to apply if you have Military Welding training.
  • Exposure to technical sales or a consultative background is welcomed.
  • 4+ years of experience within the welding or industrial industry, or a similar background where you have developed a deep understanding of the field.
