Our team in Austin, TX is looking for a Strategic Pricing & Contract Analyst. Position will support the Structural Heart (SH) Business Unit.
This is a fully onsite role.
We're seeking a Strategic Pricing & Contract Analyst to join our team supporting the Structural Heart (SH) business unit. This role is heavily focused on contract negotiation and execution, pricing strategy, and sales partnership, working closely with Sales, Legal, and cross-functional teams to ensure contracts are structured to support business goals while minimizing risk. The ideal candidate must proactively research, analyze, and interpret data to produce substantiated recommendations and to work effectively in a high-pressure, high-demand sales support environment.
What You'll Work On
  • Lead negotiation of business terms with external customers, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk tolerance.
  • Own end-to-end contract development, including drafting, cross-functional review, approvals, and final customer delivery.
  • Partner with Legal and cross-functional teams to finalize contract language and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Perform deal modeling and pricing analysis using historical data, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Ensure accurate contract execution, including system setup, pricing loads, approval tracking, and data integrity.
  • Manage complex agreement structures (e.g., rebates, consignment, compliance commitments, GPO/IDN implementations).
  • Lead the RFP process, including drafting, evaluation, and submission coordination.
  • Support and train sales teams on contracting tools, policies, and negotiation strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
  • Bachelors Degree OR An equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of combined experience in business, accounting, or finance.
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to develop custom pricing and deal models; proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
  • Preferred Experience with Salesforce, CLM, CPQ, SAP, Power BI, Copilot, Smartsheet, and contract workflow tools (e.g., Conga, DocuSign).
