What Will I Do?

  • Service and repair residential HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and related components
  • Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups to keep systems running efficiently and reliably
  • Diagnose HVAC issues and make necessary repairs to restore proper operation 
  • Replace faulty or worn components such as motors, capacitors, thermostats, and controls
  • Inspect systems during service visits to identify potential issues and recommend preventative maintenance when needed 
  • Communicate findings clearly to homeowners and answer basic questions about system operation and care
  • Work closely with dispatch, other technicians, and office staff to complete service calls efficiently
  • Follow all safety procedures and ensure work complies with company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local codes

Do I have What it Takes?

  • Must have EPA license.
  • Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.
  • 2 - 5+ years of experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
  • Mechanical aptitude               
  • Attention to detail                
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently    
  • Type I & II EPA Certification or Universal Certification
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectation
  • TDLR Certified 
  • Service Titan experience preferred.
