We provide a company cell phone and laptop, along with paid travel time and mileage reimbursement, giving you the tools and support necessary to succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Case Manager, you will provide essential support to BCBAs by implementing medically necessary behavioral health treatments and facilitating parent consultation sessions. Your responsibilities include assisting with case management, training and supervising RBTs in the field, and maintaining accurate data collection, session notes, and graphs during sessions. You'll work alongside staff, parents, and other professionals to promote coordinated care while utilizing creative, research-based teaching strategies. Additionally, you'll encourage staff to participate in and develop their knowledge of behavior analysis, helping foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.Qualifications:Strong written and communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentValid driver's license and reliable vehicle (Uber, Lyft or other ride sharing as transportation is not permitted - must be able to transport self to and from work)Master's Degree in related field or enrollment in a graduate program (minimum of 12 graduate semester units in an ABA program)Physical Demands - Working with clients in their natural environments may require you to lift or move approximately 50 lbs. and be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.Ability to provide negative TB test resultsAbility to pass FBI & DOJ fingerprintingEnergetic attitude and desire to help individuals with developmental disabilities succeedBilingual - English/Spanish preferredPhysical and Cognitive Requirements:Frequently sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and transition between floor-level and standing positions throughout the workday.Actively participate in developmentally appropriate client activities, including floor-based activities, movement-based activities, transitions, and safety monitoring.Safely navigate assigned work environments, including homes, clinics, schools, community settings, and remote/telehealth settings, as applicable.Occasionally, lift, carry, push, pull, or move therapy materials and equipment, typically up to 50 pounds.Sit for extended periods while providing telehealth services or completing computer-based work as needed.Use hands and fingers to operate computers, keyboards, mobile devices, and other equipment requiring fine motor coordination.Maintain visual and auditory awareness to observe client behavior, monitor safety, and communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual settings.Read, understand, retain, and apply written and verbal information.Maintain attention, concentration, situational awareness, and sound judgment in dynamic environments.Collect, record, and submit accurate client data and session documentation.Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.Maintain professionalism and emotional resilience when addressing sensitive client or employee matters, complaints, and workplace concerns.Our mission is to teach the skills needed for today, tomorrow and beyond tomorrow!
