Job Description

Job Title: Ab Initio Developer
Primary Skills: Experience using Ab-Initio GDE, BRE, Continuous Flow and EME required.
Location: DE

Duration: 12 months

5 + years experience in Ab-Initio coding of medium to large scale ETL applications
Experience using Ab-Initio GDE, BRE, Continuous Flow and EME required.
Experience in UNIX operating environment is required
Experience in Java/J2EE development a plus
Mainframe experience is a plus
Exposure to DB2 is a plus
Ability to communicate at all levels of management and with customers
Demonstrated skills both written and oral are required
Experience in the development of financial applications is a strong plus
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field of study or equivalent relevant experience in mainframe programming
Preferred Skills:
Experience with an online system with high availability credit card auth system, high throughput and quick response times is preferred
Functional experience with change management, implementation planning and release management
Experience in code management and version methodologies with experience with a leading code management
Financial industry experience and credit card or payment systems experience in large scale/high volume industry is preferred
Good oral and written communication skills
Must work well either independently or as part of a team with a strong desire to excel
Experience with developing and managing interfaces with various Credit card associations preferred.
Good business knowledge of end to end Credit Card Authorizations processing preferred
