Key Responsibilities

  • Sales, Retention & Revenue Growth: Own the sale and ongoing service ofACGbrandedand brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within ahightrafficACG branch; uncover customer needs, generate new business, retain existing clients, grow ACG's insurance portfolio, overcome objections, negotiate effectively, close sales, and meet or exceed individual sales targets and incentive plan expectations.

  • Insurance Reviews & Policy Execution: Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews to assess risk,identifycoverage gaps, recommendappropriate solutions, and quote, bind, and issue policiesin accordance withunderwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build andmaintainstrong rapport with members and clients, respond to inquiries with professionalism and urgency, and support high customer satisfaction, loyalty, and trust in the AAA brand.

  • Prospecting, Community Engagement & Referrals: Actively engage in local branch and community events to prospect, expand referral networks, develop new business opportunities, andidentifycrossselland referral opportunities into Travel and Financial Services to maximize overall member value.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active State Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license

  • Active State Life and Health Insurance Sales license, or obtain within90 daysof hire

  • Must qualify, obtain, andmaintainall applicable state licenses and appointmentsrequiredfor selling and/or servicing Auto Club Group Membership products.

  • Obtain Health and Accident licenses and appointments where applicable asdeemednecessary and within atime frameestablishedby the Business Unit.

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)

  • Insurance experience is helpful-but notrequired.

Base pay (non-exempt)

  • Typical Starting Earnings $55,000 - $70,000+ (First-year, based on performance)

Additional Compensation

  • Supplemental Pay for six months: $200/week during months 0-2,$150/week during months 3-4, and$100/week during months 5-6

Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and willaccrueat a minimum of 3 hours per month.

  • Paid Holidays:Paid Holidays: Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating holidays and 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules. Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.

  • Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
