Coordinates receipt and processing of requests for quotes on all Club insurance products via member requests and outbound calling. Increase personal level of a profitable book of business as measured by established loss ratio targets by prospecting and selling Hoosier Motor Club Insurance Agency (HMCIA) property and casualty products and services so that the Agency and Club will meet and exceed profitability goals. Duties and Responsibilities Receives requests via call ins or contacts existing club members for quotes on Club insurance products; responds quickly to member requests via email or telephone contact. Prospect for, develop and sell new insurance policies, working independently to meet sales production goals established by management. Learn product features, computer systems and programs, marketing, and sales techniques necessary to perform duties. Adhere to HMCIA and insurance company guidelines and procedures. Service existing insureds as necessary due to sales activity and continually promote and use the HMCIA Customer Service Unit. Identify and participate in community networking opportunities to increase insurance leads and sales. Maintains prospect files on the EPIC Management System ensuring complete information availability. Develop and sell new life insurance and commercial insurance policies to meet sales production goals established by management. Conduct an annual review of existing policies as assigned to update information and cross-sell additional insurance products the agency offers. Performs additional tasks as assigned by manager. Education and/or Experience Requirements Education : Bachelor's Degree preferred or industry knowledge or combination of education and industry knowledge. Experience : One year related insurance sales experience or sales experience. Computer Skills : Microsoft Office, Insurance Specific Software. Certificates & Licenses : Property and Casualty License, Other certifications as necessary per agency portfolio, Valid Driver's License. #J-18808-Ljbffr
