Job description

As an Associate Director, Marketing, you will lead brand strategy while driving commercial results. You will own short- and long-term planning, guide cross-functional teams through execution and commercialization, and help set the strategic direction that fuels sustainable growth.
In this role, you will balance big-picture thinking with strong business fundamentals, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Insights, Innovation, and Operations. You will also play a key leadership role, coaching and developing talent while fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance.
What you'll do
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver plans in support of brand and business objectives
  • Accountable for P&L inputs, including volume, profit, and market share, to ensure accurate forecasting and performance reporting
  • Lead the annual business planning cycle, including multi-year strategy, annual brand and operating plans, category stories, and budget management
  • Oversee core business fundamentals, including consumption analysis, pricing, demand forecasting, and P&L management
  • Partner with Sales and Strategy teams on day-to-day commercial management and innovation sell-in
  • Deliver commercialization efforts across innovation, renovation, quality improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives
  • Partner with Communications and Innovation teams to execute integrated marketing activations and build future pipeline

What we're looking for
  • Proven ability to define long-term strategic direction while effectively managing day-to-day execution
  • Experience building and delivering strategic growth plans across both top and bottom-line results
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in demand forecasting, consumption analysis (POS and panel), and P&L management
  • Demonstrated success driving demand across the full marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion) and coaching others to do the same
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating teams, with a passion for talent development and culture building
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across a matrixed organization

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$164,200.00 - $205,200.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
