Job description

E-Logic is seeking a Video Project Coordinator to oversee the planning and coordination of digital video projects supporting the U.S. Department of State. The successful candidate will manage project schedules, coordinate production teams, support stakeholder communications, and ensure successful delivery of strategic multimedia initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate multiple video production projects from initiation through completion.
  • Lead production teams and facilitate project planning.
  • Monitor schedules, deliverables, and production performance.
  • Coordinate with Government stakeholders and creative teams.
  • Support development of innovative digital storytelling initiatives.
  • Track project metrics and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to production standards and media asset management procedures.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred for senior-level positions).
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience managing multimedia or video production projects.
  • Experience coordinating creative teams and digital media initiatives.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting federal agencies.
  • Experience leading digital content production teams.
  • Knowledge of media asset management systems and newsroom operations.
Work Location

Washington, DC (Department of State Headquarters and Annex 5). Primarily supports on-site production activities. Evening or weekend work may occasionally be required based on production schedules.

  • Ability to obtain a Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT), if required for the assigned position.
