CDL Class A Log Truck Driver Summary:
Hawkeye Forest Products in Trempealeau WI is looking for qualified CDL Log Truck Drivers to help support our sawmill. We have CDL Class A Truck Driver openings at our Trempealeau location.
CDL Class A Truck Driver Pay & Benefits:
  • First shift
  • Overtime opportunities available
  • Pay based on experience.
  • Excellent benefit package

CDL Class A Truck Driver Qualifications:
  • Must possess a clean CDL A
  • Must have a valid DOT medical card.
  • Prefer a candidate who has 5 years' experience driving log truck but MUST have a minimum of at least 3 years.

CDL Class A Truck Driver Daily Duties:
  • Primary duties include driving a log truck (tri-axle straight truck with wagon attached)
  • Picking up logs from log landings, log yards and other company operations
  • The work consists primarily of day trips in the areas of Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Illinois.
  • Must drive truck in a safe and professional manner.
  • Communicate with log buyers and management to coordinate efficient pick-up and movement of products.
