Job description

Step into an engaging, supportive educational environment as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant. This full-time contract opportunity offers meaningful, hands-on experience working onsite with students from PreK through 8th grade at a single vibrant school campus. You'll collaborate closely with a team of professionals to help students reach vital speech and language milestones, making an impact in their academic and personal growth.
Key Qualifications:

  • Current Arizona SLPA License required
  • Valid IVP Fingerprint Card in hand
  • Previous experience or educational background supporting speech therapy in school settings
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with children and educators
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic caseload and work independently under supervision
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Assist with delivering direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of a certified SLP
  • Support students' communication goals through tailored intervention and activities
  • Document student progress, preparing materials and maintaining data logs as required
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student IEP plans
  • Engage positively with children across preschool and elementary grade levels
