As part of the Richard Sandoval Hospitality Management, we are committed to delivering an exceptional dining experience. We are currently seeking a Server to contribute to our ongoing success.
As a Server, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience according to RSR hospitality standards.Â
Responsibilities:
- Pass the Responsible Service of Alcohol Test.
- Serve a set number of tables as determined by management.
- Â Possess complete knowledge of RSR Restaurant's food and beverage preparation.
- Sell alcohol and food items professionally.
- Use a computer for order processing.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Clear and reset tables.
- Check guest identification for legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Observe guest behavior, count drinks served, and offer a taxi to guests who should not drive.
- Ensure guest satisfaction, striving to exceed expectations.
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene.
- Other duties as directed.
