We're a fully air conditioned facility -a rare find in the Arizona heat. At HPAG you'll be crafting the most innovative off-road truck parts on the market, in-house, made in America, and built to impress. If you love trucks, fabrication, and taking pride in your work this is your place.
What We Offer

  • $18.00-$20.00/hr based on experience with weekly pay
  • Monday- Friday 7:00am-3:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm

The Role
The Sandblaster is responsible for the daily operation of sandblast equipment, basic machine maintenance, and keeping the work area clean and organized to ensure safety and peak performance.
Responsibilities
  • Daily operation of sandblasting equipment
  • Basic setup and shutdown of the sandblast facility
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area
  • Basic hand tool and power tool use
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise

Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving ability
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on safety and quality
  • Self-motivated and responsive to production metrics
  • Team player who puts the group's success first
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Requirements
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Previous sandblast experience is a plus - but we will train the right candidate
  • Ability to lift to 50-100 pounds.
