S.R. Construction Services LLC is seeking a high-performing Lead Commercial Superintendent to lead field operations across our growing portfolio of commercial projects nationally. This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a hands-on builder and field leader who takes absolute, full ownership of their projects and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

What You Will Be Doing

As the lead authority on-site, you will drive execution from mobilization through closeoutowning the schedule, safety, quality, and daily coordination:

  • Site Leadership: Direct and aggressively manage all field operations, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain rigorous project schedules.
  • Schedule Management: Drive sequencing, precise look-a heads, and daily production to keep complex projects on track and avoid costly delays.
  • Safety & Compliance: Strictly enforce OSHA standards, lead daily/weekly safety meetings, and maintain a clean, highly organized, and compliant job site.
  • Quality Control (QA/QC): Ensure all physical work aligns flawlessly with architectural plans, specifications, and company expectations for high-end execution.
  • Project Administration: Manage daily logs, site photos, and critical documentation utilizing Procore, and accurately review/approve T&M tickets.
  • Logistics & Coordination: Oversee heavy material deliveries, equipment coordination, and overall site logistics.
  • Site Communication: Serve as the primary, professional field contact with internal project managers, engineers, city inspectors, and high-profile clients.
What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Experience: 5+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. (Direct experience in Ground-Up and/or Tenant Improvement (TI) projects is strictly required).

Technical Mastery: Strong, working knowledge of heavy site work, complex MEP coordination, sequencing, and modern commercial construction methods.

Software Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Procore is required. Must be comfortable utilizing Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.

Certifications: An active OSHA 10 certification is required. (OSHA 30 or additional safety certifications are a massive plus!)

Travel & Mobility: A valid Drivers License and an absolute willingness to travel regionally and nationally outside the local area for project assignments.

Mindset: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the proven ability to lead from the front and take true ownership of a job site.
