Job Title: MD S&R Business Analyst

Location: Irvine, CA (23 Hubble, 92618)
Travel: Up to 10% (domestic and international)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced MD S&R Business Analyst to support multiple Client MedTech Operating Companies in driving business value and adoption of the MD S&R application. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a cross-functional and multi-regional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with JJMT Operating Companies to understand business needs, drive value, and promote adoption of the MD S&R application.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and story grooming.
  • Work closely with product owners and developers to translate user needs into actionable requirements and use cases.
  • Build, prioritize, and maintain the application backlog, incorporating business priorities and feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure alignment across requirements, design, and documentation.
  • Maintain strong communication and collaboration across diverse user groups and global teams.
  • Develop operational knowledge of business processes and understand how MD S&R features can enhance user value.
  • Function independently with minimal supervision while escalating issues appropriately.
  • Multi-lingual and cross-cultural communication awareness is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 4 years of general work experience.
  • At least 1 year as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
  • Experience with Service Operations preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and workflow diagramming tools.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between technical and business teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira, Visio, Atlassian tools, and SAFe Agile methodology.
  • Prior experience in the Medical Device or Healthcare industry preferred.
