About the Role:
T.R.A.C. is a 100% in-home ABA provider seeking Clinical Supervisors interested in a remote/hybrid position. We offer flexible scheduling that allows clinicians to balance their professional responsibilities with personal well-being while making a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families.
Afternoon and evening availability is required to support client scheduling needs.

Supervision Responsibilities:
  • Conduct telehealth supervision sessions.
  • Complete monthly in-person client visits.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers.
  • Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
  • Monitor client progress and treatment implementation.
  • Maintain documentation in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care.
