Director of Sales – Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge

Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge is searching for a high‑impact, revenue‑driven Director of Sales to lead all sales, business development, and market strategy for our boutique, full‑service property in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. This is a role for a commercial leader who thrives in a competitive market, excels at multi‑segment sales, and knows how to build strong, profitable relationships that drive sustained revenue growth.

If you are a Director of Sales who wants ownership, visibility, and the ability to move the needle every single day, this is the opportunity.

  • Full commercial strategy across corporate, group, government, association, airline, SMERF, and leisure segments
  • High‑volume group sales, banquet sales, and event revenue generation
  • Business development, market penetration, and key account acquisition

  • Competitive analysis, STAR performance, group pace, and revenue forecasting
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with Banquets, Catering, Revenue Management, and Operations
