Title: Application Portfolio Rationalization

Job Description:

At  least 7-10 years of Industry or Consulting Experience in the area of Manufacturing or Supply Chain

Excellent Communication, Presentation and Facilitation Skills

 Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization - assessing current application inventory, determining each applications disposition (R Lane analysis) and driving overall portfolio roadmap.   

 Conduct detailed analyses/interviews to understand and explain client problems and utilize standard consulting engagement practices such as facilitation, interviewing, gap analysis, etc.

 Create impactful presentations, documents and supporting material to enable both technical and business team to be aligned on the requirements and deliverables

 Work closely with project architect team, tracking how the project's requirements have been implemented by linking requirements to project deliverables.

 Experience in Agile methodologies 

 Actively assist sales pursuits and pre-sales efforts on RFP bids for client opportunities through the domain consulting and focus on winning/converting the opportunities.

 Excellence in strategic and analytical problem solving - Quantitative, fact-based approach to team based problem solving and strategic approach to addressing issues and offering solutions.

 Must understand and be able to apply current market trends and prevalent technologies to help provide clients with potential solutions to address their business challenges.

 Self-guided attitude and initiative - The ability to succeed in a professional environment where client and project direction is not always well defined.

 Experience in IT industry or in IT side of Auto OEM business is must

 Ability to independently drive programs and manage client relationships.

 BE/B.TECH/MBA or equivalent
