About the Role


This is a high-intensity, execution-focused role embedded in live client engagements. The Financial Analyst will work alongside senior professionals and directly with client CFOs, treasurers, lenders, and operations teams to build the financial infrastructure needed to navigate distressed situations.


Engagements may include out-of-court workouts, Chapter 11 proceedings, covenant defaults, operational restructurings, lender advisory assignments, and liquidity crisis management. This role requires speed, accuracy, strong financial judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure.


REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 1โ€“3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, restructuring, transaction advisory, consulting, or public accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis
  • Experience building and maintaining financial forecasts and cash flow models preferred
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate findings clearly
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
