Job description

At Verdeco, we convert recycled plastic flake into custom-formulated pellets that bring sustainable innovation to a wide range of end-use applications. With advanced tech, precise quality control, and a customer-centric commitment, our process does more than recycle plastic. It redefines what's possible with rPET.
***1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm***
*All employees must pass a drug test and background check.
*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload materials.
  • Move finished goods within the warehouse to optimize space.
  • Process outgoing and incoming FedEx, UPS, and other deliveries.
  • Assist in loading and unloading Silos.
  • Place supply items at the proper storage locations. Distribute pallets to the production line staging area as needed.
  • Participate in monthly physical inventory assessments.
  • Check and verify numbers, weight and other information as indicated on packing sheets in the ERP system.
  • Complete Bill of Lading paperwork and schedule of deliveries.
  • Keep accurate inventory of products and supplies.
  • Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care and report any issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
  • Follow all written and verbal instructions.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Meet yearly personal/department S.M.A.R.T objectives.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous shipping / receiving and forklift operator preferred.
