About The Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact, creating a welcoming and professional experience for clients and visitors
  • Keep the office running smoothly by supporting daily administrative and operational needs
  • Assist the team with document management, including scanning, organizing, and assembling client materials and tax returns
  • Support basic accounting processes such as A/R, A/P, and payroll coordination
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, shipments, and document distribution
  • Maintain office organization, including supplies, shared spaces, and equipment
  • Provide flexible support to team members, stepping in where needed to help meet deadlines

What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients and create a positive, professional first impression
  • Answer and route calls; respond to general questions
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative needs
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks (A/R, A/P, payroll support)
  • Scan, organize, and assemble client documents and tax returns
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and daily shipments (UPS/FedEx/USPS)
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organized
  • Help with copy, scan, and document preparation as needed
  • Assist with deposits and petty cash (as applicable)

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in a professional office
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
