You'll respond to service calls, troubleshoot plumbing issues, repair leaks, replace fixtures, install water heaters, clear drains, complete plumbing upgrades, and ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with local plumbing codes.You'll prepare estimates, explain repair and replacement options to customers, perform quality installations, maintain accurate service documentation, and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff throughout the day. You'll also help identify long-term plumbing solutions that improve system performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Experienced plumbers may assist with mentoring apprentices and developing technicians by sharing technical knowledge and promoting best practices in the field.What We're Looking ForWe're seeking experienced plumbing professionals with at least two years of plumbing, maintenance, or related field experience. Residential and commercial plumbing experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent troubleshooting skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of plumbing systems.A plumbing license is preferred but not required for qualified candidates with extensive field experience. Experience reading blueprints, plumbing diagrams, and system layouts is beneficial.
