Job description

Job Summary:

This role will collaborate with internal teams to process planograms in various systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Process planograms to create BOMs and accurate planogram documentation.
  • Manually process planograms to identify the parts and quantities needed.
  • Work with the Ready Sales Operations team to ensure that documents are correctly constructed to meet the requirements of each planogram.
  • Analyze layouts to verify fixture needs for takeoffs.
  • Create and edit Picture Planograms each season.
  • Assist the Planogram Analyst in processing planograms to create accurate planogram documentation.
  • Assist the Planogram Analyst in preparing planograms in ProSpace software for processing in the system.
  • Ownership of the storage area and product closet to keep maintained and organized at all times.
  • Assist Account Services with quotes.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous retail experience or CPG experience
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects, work independently
  • Experience analyzing large data sets to support business insights
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work well in teams both verbally and via email
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older

Compensation: 

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $42,685-62,321, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary depends on various factors and could be above or below the range depending on the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, specific skills, level of education, business needs, and market demand. The full salary range for this role reflects this position's competitive labor market value and provides an opportunity to progress as associates grow and develop within the role.  Bonuses are paid based on RTC’s financial results.  Any payouts awarded in the first year of employment are pro-rated based on the start date.  Program rules are subject to change at management’s discretion.
