Part-time employees often encounter challenges related to fluctuating work hours, last-minute shift changes, and balancing multiple commitments such as school or another job. To manage these challenges, it's important to maintain open communication with your supervisor regarding your availability and preferences. Proactively discussing your needs and being flexible when possible can help ensure a positive work-life balance and reduce scheduling conflicts.
