Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM OR 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Adecco is partnering with a leading manufacturer of concrete accessories in Sumner, WA to hire a Machine Operator for a specialized non-CNC (analog) machine used in metal product production. This is not a simple push-button role—we need someone who understands machines inside and out and can troubleshoot and fix issues on the spot.

What You’ll Do

Operate and maintain a specialized analog machine to manufacture concrete snap ties.

Load raw materials like steel rods and wire coils into the machine.

Monitor production and inspect parts for quality and precision.

Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues.

Use precision tools to ensure parts meet exact specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in metal fabrication.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Skilled in using hand tools and reading technical manuals or blueprints.

Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.

Team-oriented with strong communication skills.


Pay Details: $26.00 per hour
