Job description

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can put your mechanical aptitude to work? This Machine Operator position could be the perfect fit for you! 

Centrally located in Auburn, WA, a global manufacturing facility that produces laminated materials, labels, tapes, tags, and RFID solutions for retail, industrial, and apparel markets is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team. 

A successful candidate for the Machine Operator role will have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented warehouse setting. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with machinery, takes pride in producing high-quality products, and is eager to learn and grow within the company. 

Schedule: 

  • Training schedule: Thursday through Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 

  • After training schedule : Saturday - Wednesday, from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Pay: $19/hour 

Machine Operator Job Duties: 

  • Operate lamination machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals 

  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines for different materials and production runs 

  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper alignment for lamination 

  • Monitor product quality and perform routine machine maintenance 

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and accurate production records 

Machine Operator Job Requirements: 

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards 

  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods
