Role Overview
Adriana's is seeking a Programming & Marketing Lead that will be responsible for
overseeing the development, execution, and evaluation of the organization's programs
while driving strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility and community
engagement.
This role will ensure that all programming aligns with the organization's mission and that
marketing efforts effectively communicate impact, attract participants, strengthen
partnerships, and increase funding opportunities.
The ideal candidate will be both strategic and creative, equally comfortable designing
impactful programs and leading high-level marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Oversight
  • Design, implement, and evaluate mission-aligned programs and initiatives
  • Establish measurable goals, outcomes, and performance indicators
  • Oversee program budgets, timelines, and staffing
  • Ensure program quality, consistency, and community relevance
