Type: Part Time to Full Time

Description:
As a Floor Walker, you will receive comprehensive training in customer service, security, and casino operations. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness standards, ensuring a safe environment, and enhancing the overall customer experience at the casino.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training to become a guard, including report completion and customer interactions
  • Warmly welcome customers, provide efficient service, address inquiries promptly, and express gratitude for their patronage
  • Ensure availability of fresh food and beverages and maintain cleanliness in the casino
  • Implement safety and security protocols, report issues promptly, and inform customers about promotions
  • Assist customers in understanding how to play games on machines
  • Handle customer requests, complaints, and vendor concerns professionally and report incidents promptly
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain quality standards in all tasks
  • Maintain flexibility in duties and schedule to support the operational needs of the casino
  • Consistently uphold and model the company's core values

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
  • Clear background check with no felonies or misdemeanors related to theft or gaming violations.
  • Ability to multitask, stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Proficient in basic language and mathematical skills.
  • Capable of following instructions and correspondence accurately
  • Available to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Required Certifications and Licenses:
