We're Hiring: CNC Lathe Machinist
Location: Appleton, WI
Full-Time
1st or 2nd Shift (2 Shift: 3-Day Workweek - Work 36 Hours, Get Paid for 40!)

What You'll Do:
  • Program, set up, and operate Doosan CNC lathes (12-32" chucks) with Fanuc controls
  • Work on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machines in a non-production setting
  • Collaborate with the team to choose the most efficient machining methods
  • Ensure accuracy and part quality based on blueprints and specs
  • Follow 6S and safety protocols to maintain a top-tier work environment
  • Embrace continuous improvement and innovation in tools, CAD/CAM, and setups

What You Bring:
  • 3+ years of CNC lathe experience in a job shop environment
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Self-sufficiency with a strong desire to grow and improve
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
