- Earn $100,000+ annually - performance-based percentage pay
- Average $1,350 - $1,600 weekly
- Home weekends - our flatbed drivers typically run within a 1,200-mile radius of their home

- Performance-based percentage pay - While we do offer mileage pay, 98% of our fleet chooses percentage pay. Experienced drivers start out at 27%-30% of the load and can go as high as 34%. Percentage pay is loved by Experienced drivers because it pays more than traditional per-mile programs, and they get a share of the gain every time TMC gets a rate increase from our customers.
