Class A CDL Driver – Transfer & Roll-Off Operations

This role is built for experienced Class A drivers who want steady work, consistent hours, and equipment that matches their skill set. Driver A positions support critical transfer and roll-off operations that keep materials moving safely and efficiently across our system. This is demanding work that requires focus, precision, and accountability — and it offers long-term stability for drivers who take pride in doing it right.

Why This Role Matters

Class A CDL Drivers play a critical role in supporting large-scale hauling and transfer operations. Your work ensures that materials move safely between facilities and disposal sites, supporting downstream operations and maintaining system-wide reliability.

What You'll Do

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer and roll-off equipment

• Transport materials between transfer stations, landfills, and designated locations

• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Secure loads and comply with weight, routing, and safety requirements

• Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams throughout the day

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Prior transfer or roll-off experience preferred

• Strong safety mindset and reliable attendance

• Ability to lift, pull, and push objects weighing over 50 pounds

• Comfortable working early mornings and extended shifts

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly pay

• Consistent overtime opportunities

• Monday through Saturday schedules

• Overtime is a regular and expected part of this role
